I don't really go overboard with markings as I like the clean look of the ball. I previously used a red or orange sharpie with a single dot as in the "before" picture but have been instructed by my daughter that I have to use pink and 2 dots! Who am I to argue?

Three green dots over each corner of the "Titleist" logo.
Reminds me that when I'm playing a Titleist ProV1 I have "green" light to go for every shot from tee, to green, to the bottom of the cup, with confidence!!

  7. I mark my Pro V 1 with the colours of Sheffield's Childrens Hospital. The team on the jessops wing helped my brother and sister in law during a very difficult time, and it helps to remember my nephew Oscar who was stillborn and 36 weeks!

  8. Random I know, but believe it or not this is a cactus!! I started using it after someone gifted me a dozen ProV 1s they brought me back from Vegas.

My green sharpie ran out one day so I started using red, shot 5 under handicap and stuck to it after that!

I keep things simple - a black line for putting alignment and dots to match the ball number, in Pompey blue.

  15. Hi Team Titleist
I mark my ball with a simple Black Dot below the number both sides - and have marked this way from the start - Over 20 years ago.
    Thanks

Started out as three dots representing my three kids, seemed appropiate to add a smile making a face. :)
