Placed my order thru my pro shop -- just use my nickname. However do request the 1-4 numbering. ProV1X

I always play a number 8 with my nickname in blue. Each year I get four dozen and buy non-personalized as my provisional. It works for me. Thanks Titleist.

One of our regular foursome (friend and co-worker) coming off of transplant surgery. The other three of us pulled the trigger on this offer yesterday so everyone gets a box. Should arrive when he's home after recuperation and therapy stay. Personalized with one of his quotes and we hope it helps both his game and more importantly his recovery. He's thrifty so we knew he'd never go for spending the $. Extra incentive to get him up and moving!
