As I understand it, with the driver you get two weights: 12g neutral and one other (fade or draw). - What determines what the other weight is? - What is the cost of the other CG Fit weights? Individually? Entire set?

    According to Titleist.com:
917 Metals are shipped with one additional SureFit® CG Weight.
If your 917 metal was shipped with the Neutral weight installed in the head, then you will have a loose Draw/Fade weight.
If your 917 metal was shipped with the Draw/Fade weight installed in the head, then you will have a loose Neutral weight.
Additional heavier and lighter weights sold separately. 917 driver and fairway weights are not interchangeable.

Both of the weights in my 917f3 were the same weight, 10gr. I found individual weights for sale on the internet ranging from $29 to $40. Did not find any complete kits. Cheers, Chuck....................

The second weight is both the Fade and Draw weight, depending on how it is installed. When you order additional weights, they come as a set; (1) Neutral, (1) Fade/Draw. The suggested retail price is $40 for a single weight or $180 for the full set of all weights.

The other weight should be the same weight, if you get fitted at a Titleist fitter you'll get the best results and get the right weights you require so no need for other weights.
Unless however you want to have a play around with the swing weight of the club.
I believe it's quite expensive for the full kit and the fairway weights are a different size also.

    Hope this helps....

  5. You can request via the swingweight of the club different weights if you do a custom order. However I chose to order a new set of Driver Weights (Approx Cost $150-$175) and Fairway Weights (same cost). I am not sure how much individual weights cost. This gives you access to all the weights if you change shafts or wish to adjust your swingweight during the season. While this is more expensive route than individual weights, if you are particular in your set up and would like to change things from time to time it is more beneificial since your more options. IMHO!

Hi Steve, If you purchase a standard driver off the shelf, it will have the 12 gr neutral CG weight in the head and the 12 gram draw/fade CG weight in the pouch. Those are the standard CG weights to achieve standard swingweight at 45" with the stock grip/shaft. If you prefer a lighter or heavier swingweight, you should order the club from your pro and we will adjust the weight pair to reflect the requested swingweight (within tolerance). The weights are always matched (ie 12 and 12, 8 and 8, etc) so that the swingweight is the same and you are only adjusting the curvature of ball flight. If you order your club with a different swingweight, there is no upcharge. However, if you choose to get a standard driver and order an additional weight pair afterwards, the MSRP for the pair is $40.00. The MSRP for a swingweight kit of 10 weights is $180.00. Hope that helps!
