    How much weight does the feedback from the TT Community have compared to the Tour players? Will we ever see the PRO V1 Dot offered in the retail market?

    How does the characteristics of the Pro V1 left dot compare to the AVX? They both seem to be lower spin, low launch.

    I was fortunate to be at a titleist golf ball fitting the other week . I was placed between the pro V1 and the left dash. The left dash gave me longer distance but when it came to long irons the spin was to low. The left dash did fly higher and peak height was ok for landing angle. But my preference was to have control and opted for the pro v1. It’s personal preference what you’re looking for and feel.

    Is the data from club fittings and ball fittings from everyday players included in the research to improve golf balls

    With the Tour Speed going away, will there be a similar new ball in that price point? Or what ball should someone playing a Tour Speed look at going to?

    This was a great golf ball having played it since it was called EXP-01. The name Titleist chose for this ball determined its fate from day one. It wasn’t given a name that properly described the ball itself.

    That is my question, I have played AVX but made the change to Tour Speed
    which has made a positive improvement.
    So what will be my options going forward

    I know when we get fit for clubs, Titleist fitters look at achieving the best numbers of the 3D's: Distance, Dispersion and Decent Angle. What metrics are important to hit (pun intended) during a fitting? Are they the same as a club fitting or do they look for something different?

    Thanks, Allen! I’ve been wondering about Left Dash because it seems like I may like it, but I’m not sure. I currently play the Pro V1, but wouldn’t mind a bit higher launch, however I do like the spin window I’m currently in and V1x spins a bit too much. Do you think Left Dash would fit the bill enough to give it a shot? I haven’t been able to find sleeves anywhere and really don’t feel like dropping the money on a dozen sight unseen when I already have so many balls in stock. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

    I too need a low spin off driver and high spin around greens. Which ball do you recommend?

    Is there any data at the low end driver or ball speed when there is little difference in performance between a Pro-V and ionomer balls like TruFeel or Tour Soft?

    I have three boys that play or have played competitive junior golf. The oldest is 23 and plays the Pro V1. The youngest is 15 and plays the Pro V1. The middle boy is 17 and prefers the Tour Speed and Velocity. Their preference is based mostly on trial and error and what they see in performance.

    So my questions are: What is Titleist seeing as far as golf ball type usage in the junior ranks? At what age should a ball fitting be performed to be beneficial? While some parents take the cheapest approach to golf balls for juniors, my experiences with my boys show otherwise. I am sure I am not the only parent of junior golfers that ponder these questions.

    When looking at CPO balls (Left Dot V1, Left Dash 1X, Right Plus 1X) what changes in construction or materials from the base V or X?

    What ball would you get if you mixed the core of a X with the dimple patter of the V and vise versa?

    I play ProV1x Left Dash ad generally do not lose any balls in playing. How many rounds should the ball still have good response before it should be retired?

    Hello TT I have played V1x in the past the 2019 model, couldn't hit a knock down shot with lower irons into the wind the ball simply ballooned, prov1 last year model simply didn't produce enough spin for my game, played tp5 last couple years love the feel and spin but it is extremely shorter off the tee vs v1x or V1. Need a ball with v1x spin more penerating flight. Spin is my Achilles heel always need more. Playing t100 in mid to long irons

    I currently play the AVX as I have a slower swing speed but come in steep and spin it a bit, and recently experimented with the ProV1x left dash. I actually gained noticeable driver distance and do not mind the harder feel. It spins plenty around the green. Am I an anomaly, or can the left dash actually work for us slower swing speed players as well? 4 hdcper

    I play the PV1 and love the launch and spin off driver, stopping on long irons and soft putting. I could use a little more spring on short pitch shots (or better technique) - is there a different ball I could try for more spin?
    2nd question - how long does a ball last assuming very minor scuffs and how much of a degrade in performance would a minor scuff cause?

    Is there a driver swing speed where the difference between the ProV1x and ProV1 is so minimal it doesnt matter? Love the feel of the ProV1 but I always want to play the X to help with distance on the driver.

    The Pro line is amazing but i have to say the left dot is the best of the bunch. I know repa will say some of this “tech” was put into the new V1 but when i play the two balls, the left dot if just more explosive and its trajectory is perfect. Why not add this to the Pro line? Uou could have left dot, prov1, prov1x and left dash as the pro lineup. Move avx to a different category. Any thoughts to this?

    Will we see the Left Dot come back to retail anytime soon? Or is that a space you expect the AVX to fill? Also how different are those two balls in performance characteristics really?

    On the Valspar broadcast Friday, I noticed Justin Thomas teed his ball up with the Titleist and number being the place clubface meets the ball. Is this the correct way or should you make impact at the Prov1 position on the ball?

    Hi! I’m a few years behind you but have almost the same clubhead speed and was asking myself the same question about which model title is to use. I’m currently alternating between AVX in warm weather and Tour Soft in cold weather. And living in New England when I say cold weather, I mean temperatures somewhere around freezing. In these cold conditions, I find the tour soft performs very well and provide the soft feel at impact. Hope this helps!

    So if a ball spins less than another ball (Velocity vs Pro V for example) aren’t the degree to which a ball fades, slices, draws, or hooks less pronounced as well? A non urethane ball curves less than a urethane covered ball, correct?

    I am sure that everyone has experienced the dreaded scuff mark on a ProV from a cart path shot, tree shot, and many other obstacles on the course. My question is how much does this really effect the performance of a ball if you continue keeping it in play.
