Lucky Hole

I'm a new member to team titleist and i see the hole in one blog so i'll tell my hole in one story. I was 20 years old (9 years ago), had been out partying till 4am, and woke up at 7am to my uncle shaking me vigorously saying his golf partner couldn't make it to the tournament and he needed me to play. I got up and ready and headed to the course with him. Hungover and foggy eyed, i began my round and was golfing terribly in front of the other 12 people on my tee box with me. Got to our fifth hole with was the par 3 fourth and the hole had a $5,000 cash prize on it. Hit the perfect shot, cutting at the pin it hit just left and behind, spun back and to the right and disappeared. Everyone went crazy! Couldn't hardly hold my club for the next 3 holes i was so nervous. Everyone was talking and coming up to us in the tourney. Got to the clubhouse and of course, everyone wanted a round. I was only 20 so i couldn't buy it, but my uncle said he would take care of it. My second most expensive round to this day - $800. The guy running the tourney came and shook my hand and said he'd been running the tourney for 20 years and paid the insurance on that hole every year and was very happy to see someone finally win it - he was retiring that year! The next day i got to the course for the 2nd day of the tourney and a copy of my scorecard was posted on the door with the (1) highlighted and circled. Kind of embarrassing to see it followed by a 9 and 11 and 8, but like i said - couldn't hold the club!
I've played in the tourney every year since then and last year in the par 3 tourney on Friday i got another hole in one on the same hole - it was only a $1,000 pay day with a $300 dollar bar tab (that i could buy this time). Its the only hole in ones i have in my career and its on a course i only play once a year. 160 yard hole. Can't wait to play it again this year :)
