On our annual golf trip to Myrtle Beach, SC, we play different courses every year. This was our first time to River Hills. I injured my right middle finger about a month ago and had to change how I held/swung the club. I had been playing the worst golf in 10 years. Pulling up to the 15th, our two friends stopped at the restroom, my buddy Mike and I get to the tee box and he says go ahead and hit. I grabbed my club and hit the ball dead at the flagstick. We saw it land right in front of the flag, then the ball disappeared. He said “it’s in the hole!” I said it probably rolled past. The other guys joined us and Mike told them, they cheered. We drove up to the green, no ball in sight. I walked to the hole and saw my Titleist Pro-V1 #4 in the cup! My first ever hole-in-one!
