It was At the Hertfordshire GC & was the club’s Christmas swindle. It was on the 15th December. Hole 6, 140 yards with a slight helping wind. I took a 9 iron and struck it perfectly, The ball landed within inches of the hole, took one small bounce and spun back into the hole. The other players celebrated with cheers & high fives & it was met in the bar with a cheer & another expensive round of drinks, but well worth it.
