I was first to hit on the 6th hole (Lone Palm Golf Club, Lakeland, FL) and the shot never left the flag. It looked "close" but we assumed that it was short of the hole. My 3 partners, they all missed the green but as we got to the green one of my friends said it was hanging over the hole. I waited for them to hit their chip shots and from a distance I could see that it was indeed hanging over the hole. I jokingly made a comment that I was both "short and off-line" and as I was walking up to mark my ball it fell in!!! First time I got to witness a hole-on-one while standing on the green!
