Playing my 53rd year of golf, I finally scored my first ace. Playing with two gentlemen visiting from New York and my wife, I made the shot of my life. The pin was on the back left, about 10 paces behind the bunker. The wind was from the right, helping me decide to try to draw the ball close to the hole. My 5 iron seemed well hit but the sun prevented us from following the ball all the way. 178 yards later, Nick from New York found my ball in the hole. He said he thought to himself that there was no way my ball was not on the green. Indeed, my Pro V1x was in the hole!
