I have been golfing since age 8. When I was young, my folks made me play and I didn’t like it much. In my 20’s, I started playing again because I wanted to! I played intermittently until my 50’s. The last several years I’ve been playing 3 times per week. I love it! I shoot between 82-87 on a 6,000 yard course. This day, I had a 140-yard par 3 with a right to left sloping green. I hit a 7-iron on the button that landed about 10ft short and 10ft right of the flag. It tracked directly towards the pin.....hit it.....and DROPPED IN!! I went nuts! After too many close calls to mention... it finally happened! Oh well, it only took 54 years!
