My wife and I played the Bay Palms Golf Course on Macdill AFB, July 19, 2019. I was struggling to read the wind correctly and had many balls fly the greens. Then on the par-3 13th hole I had 166 to a back pin, over water, and the wind into my face. I chose my 6 iron (165 yard club) thinking to leave it short for an easy uphill birdie putt. As luck would have it, it one hopped into the hole for my first hole-in-one! Titleist AVX #1!
