I hit a beautiful 5-wood on a 177-yard par 3 at Marine Park, NY. Unfortunately, none on my playing partners, Ed B, Paul M, Chris C, or I saw it go in. When I got to the green, I did not see a ball on so I went to the back bunker to look for it. However, Paul M told me that I had hit a beautiful shot and he went and looked in the hole. And there it was... I was elated to have hit my third hole-in-one in 26 years of golfing.
