I've been an avid golfer for over 30 years a lot of localized success except for the illusive hole in one. I got a gift from the golfing gods the day before Christmas Eve! I was at hole #11 at Beaver Hills public course in Martinsville, VA. The par 3 plays 110 yards over water with a forced carry. I hit the shot with a Titleist SM7 50 degree wedge and Titleist DT Tour ball that landed 6 feet from the pin, checked, rolled, and went in. Now I can check that off my bucket list!
