I have played golf for 41 years, last 30 years as a scratch golfer. Today was my day to see my ball go in. AVX number 4. Par 3. My group was my weekly group at the Wichita Falls Country Club. My group included David Reed , Bud Francis and Paul Foley. I have averaged over 55 rounds a year over the last 30 years, as a professional firefighter I enjoyed the days off from the station playing all over Texas and the south in amateur events.
