First Ace

Windy day in late December in New Jersey. The 11th hole at Hominy Hill was playing 138 yards directly into the wind adding about another 10-15 yards to the shot. Slightly down hill with water in front of and to the left of the green this hole plays pretty difficult. I hit an 8 iron with a nice low, soft draw that cut through the wind and bounced on the front of the green, took two hops, and buried straight into the cup in the center left of the green. My friends and I went crazy and all the groups around us looked over and started to clap when they realized what happened. Very cool experience and I hope it happens again.
