Had my first ever ace today during my club’s member-member. My partner and I started the last nine hole match on 1 and I chipped in for eagle. I made a par on the #2 handicap number 2, which was a net birdie against the plus cappers I was playing against (I’m a 4). The 3rd hole was playing 168 yards, wind slight in from the front left, with the green running left to right. I teed up first and struck it pure with a baby draw moving just left of the pin. It hit just short and gently trickled back right into the hole. Bliss.
