After over a decade of trying and too many near-makes to count, I finally had my first hole in one today! The par 3 11th hole at Windermere Golf Club in Georgia played slightly uphill today. My son had given me one of his Titleist Pro V1X golf balls and I used my trusty Titleist 915 3 hybrid to hit one of the greatest shots of my life. As soon as I hit it I told my playing partners, "I cannot hit a golf ball any better". As we got up to the green there was no ball to be found...until we looked in the hole. What an exciting day!!
