On 23 August 2018 my wife and I were playing a round of golf at the Links@PerryCabin a new course designed by Pete Dye opened in St Michaels, MD. We were one of first members at this club. After playing golf off and on since I was 11 years old, I am now 77 Years old I never had a Hole In One. On the Par 3, 11th hole from 154 yards on a windy day day with a five iron I hit my Tileist Velocity to the front of the green. The ball rolled up a small hill and feel into the hole. I thought for sure that the ball went over the back of the green. I took the cart up to hole and there in the bottom of the hole was the ball. The group of 4 people in front of us heard us yell and came over to see the ball in the hole. As I tell my friends it only took me 66 years to get a hole in one so I have another 66 years to get a second one.
