Gary Gil's hole in one

It was the morning of my 65th birthday. I wanted to play 36 holes to celebrate it, with my buddy Harry. We went to the 8th hole at Moundsville Country Club. I had been having trouble hitting my 4 iron. The hole is 175 yards. I wasn't sure I could reach the green but I wanted to try anyhow. I hot it flush! It hit a few yards short and rolled in the cup. What a birthday present. My day wasn't finish. My wife and mother in law were taking me out to dinner. I thought that since it was birthday and I had had a hole in one that this was my lucky day. A casino is not far from us. We don't gamble much but I wanted to place a $100 bet on the roulette table. I wasn't sure what color the number 8 was but I was positive that I wanted to make one bet on that color. After much convincing, my wife agreed. I ran up to the roulette table and when I got there the number 8 had just hit. I wasn't happy and had to rethink my plans. As I was thinking and before I put any bet down, the lady rolled the ball again. Guess what---8 hit again!!. I left the table and gave the $100 bucks back to my wife. My special birthday was over.
