I was visiting my family for mother’s day in Colorado Springs, as always I got to play a few rounds of golf w my older brother at Pine Creek golf club. We’d played the two days prior and I had been playing decent golf, but this round was better! I always borrow this loaner set of png-zings while I’m visiting and I was starting to hit my irons nicely. As we approached the 13th tee box, I recall the last two days, short and to the right and far left in the thick, please let me hit the green.... 147 9-iron honors on the Tee box, smack perfect feeling shot, great loft be the right club! I see my ball hit front side of the green close to flag, I’m thinking birdie putt sweet! As I turn away, one of the other two some says I think your ball is in the hole!! I don’t see it on the green!! I’m thinking nah can’t be. High fives, hugs, knuckles, etc sure enough the titleist velocity #4 ball was in the HOLE!!! Super stoked to get a hole in one, even better was the whole round was the best round I’ve ever played! 42-38 80 (I call myself a bogie golfer). Even better was I got to share the memory with my older brother, we’ll be talking about this for a really long time!!
