On Sunday Sept 29, 2019, while playing my home course, Wahconah CC in Dalton, Ma, I had a hole in one. I was playing with a couple of my friends, Drew and Mark and Mark's son Tim. The hole is 151 yards and I used a 9 iron (Titleist C16) and a Titleist AVX ball. The pin was in a shadow and I hit it dead flush right at it and some one said I think it's in the hole, but no one really saw it. Drew pulled out his range finder and said he couldn't see a ball on the green. Everyone started congratulating me but having not seen it go in I wasn't sure. My first thought was it went over the green. My playing partners couldn't wait to get to the green and there it was, in the hole. I'm 67 years old and it was quite a thrill.
