So here I am 57 years old having golfed for nearly 50 of those years and never had a hole in one. Dad had a few, one brother had a few, other brother had one and me......none. November 3, 2018 playing with my wife Kelle, sister Karen and brother in law Wynn, all there to see it happen. Hole #7 at Valley View golf course in Layton, Utah was playing 146 yards, i hit an 8 iron and was using a ProV1 #7, ironic...yes? Some large trees were shading the green so i could only see the ball tracking towards the hole. It was on a good line but into the shade it went and out of my view. I looked in my range finder and didn’t see a ball on the green. I told Wynn that it was either in the bunker on the back or the water on the front or it has to be in the hole. To the green we went and when i looked in the cup......YES there it was. A celebration was had on the green and briefly in the club house. Thank you Titleist for a great golf ball!
