Number 18 at Harbour Trees Golf & Beach Club in Noblesville, IN is a 166-yard par 3. The tee box is elevated and an approximate 140-yard carry over water. The pin was in the back right, just over a green side bunker. I pulled out a 6 iron and put a good swing on it. Ball came off the club face pretty well and landed about 20 feet short of the pin. I was congratulated by the other three golfers for a nice shot. I said “boys, it’s still rolling”. My playing partner says “I think it just went in”. We celebrated but I was not certain that it went in. Thought it may have gone off the back. We inspected the back of the green when we drove up. No ball! Walked to the cup and saw the #5 Titleist Pro V1 at the bottom of it. What an awesome feeling! Pretty cool that it was the last shot of the round!
