I wish it sounded prettier, however my local course in Latrobe, yes the same Latrobe that brought you "The King", was where I found my first Ace on Glengarry Golf Course. Out on this hilly links style course the wind was whipping and the air was chilled and as I stepped on the tee box of a 133yd. uphill par three with the wind right to left I hit a low liner towards the green. As I approached the green I could see my divot of where this low shot skipped, or so I thought. After spending around 5 minutes looking on the hill behind the green and around the outskirts the few gentlemen in front of us, laughing of course said, "Check the Hole". Sure enough I looked down, and as my knees buckled, there she was a Titleist 2 with a black line staring right up at me. The ProV1 spun back and turned a bad shot into a memory I will never forget. Pretty shot, no, Beautiful result... yes.
