This is my 3rd HIO but my first while playing with my brother. We grew up on this course and have played a thousand of rounds (43 years worth) and never made an ACE on it until now! Its was as exciting as making my 2 previous HIO's but even more special to hit it with my brother there to see it and share in the celebration. ALSO, since my wife's passing in 2011 I have been using my custom personalized Titleist Pro V1 #23 (# for my Birthday) that is marked with BLUE EYES and 1221 for her beautiful Blue Eyes and her Birthday as well as dotting the I's in the Titleist script with my blue sharpie so that every time I tee it up I am reminded of her.
