I golf every Thursday night on a league with our local firemen. Tonight, May 30, I grabbed my 8 iron like I do every week on the 5th hole of the Maplebrook Golf course in Charlotte, MI. I stood on the blue tees, approximately 150 yards to the pin. I stood up, took my shot and the ball hit the left side of the green, rolled down the hill and went into the hole. It took me a few minutes to realize that I got a hole in one, once I realized I had got my first hole in one ever, the whole golf course heard my excitement.
