September 20, 2018 around 11:20 am we reached the tee mound for Hole number 6 par 3 of the Mount Malipunyo Course at the Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country club in Lipa, Batangas City, Philippines. Pin placement was at the bottom right side of the greens. The putting surface has two elevations: left is flat and on the same level as the fairway but then the green slopes down at least 3.5 meters towards the right. From the tee mound 148 yards away the flag could not be seen. Line of sight presents a fairway bunker about 25 yards from the green. Then between the bunker and the flag is a small hill immediately forming the wall at the back of the bunker. Our flight was a 5 some and I was the first to tee off. Using a TM Rescue 7 club I hit the tee shot. My ball flew straight / high and landed behind the hill but nobody could see where the ball went . One other player hit the same shot with the same line and trajectory. His ball landed on what we can see of the green, hopped then bounced / rolled down to the right towards the flag. The other players on the flight took their shots. Mostly their balls landed short ofthe green. When we reached the greens my ball was nowhere to be found. There was a ball about 3 yards from the hole but it was my golfmate's bridgestone B330 ball. He suggested we look at the hole... and there it was ...my Titleist PRO V1 red number 7 in the hole.
