August 9, 2009 my dad and I are playing golf at our respective golf clubs he at The Harmony Club, Fort Collins, CO me at Pelican Lakes, Windsor, CO.
My dad has 12 hole in ones, plays a lot and a better golfer all around, but I could beat him! The two courses are maybe 20 minutes apart and I'm playing in my club weekend game and he with friends. I hole out on #9 for my first ever hole in one, 187yd, 6iron. Buying drinks at the turn I take the time to call dad and say hey, your never going to believe this but I just made my first hole in one, (age 42), he says congratulations but your not going to believe this......I just made a hole in one here at Harmony club also on the 9th hole! Our hole in ones were on the same numbered hole on two separate courses minutes apart and our shots were within a half hour of each other! I called guiness, I got nothin I guess. We both have witness's and the guys in my foursome and the club each made me a plaquard. Pro Vx is my ball and same with my dad......you gotta get a story on this, sorry I don't have any video, We are both healthcare professionals he just retired from his orthodontic practice last year and I'm just starting over with my second chiropractic office. Can you guys use this story....or what?
