I was playing at Las Sendas in Mesa, AZ with my nephew and my daughter's boyfriend. A couple holes previous to my hole in one, while helping my nephew look for his ball, I found a green/yellow Srixon ball. I decided to give it a try for a couple of holes. I didn't like it. When I came to the tee at the 11th hole my daughter's boyfriend asked what happened to the green ball. I told him I was going back to my Titleist. The hole played 135 yards but was probably 60 feet uphill, we were into a 10 mph wind and the pin looked to be back. Normally 135 would be an easy nine iron but we were substantially uphill and into the wind so I decided on a smooth eight. I hit a good shot but couldn't see the green surface since it was so far uphill. My nephew reached the green first and said there were no balls on the green. Thinking I'd gone long I grabbed my Vokey and my California Monterey and headed uphill to the green. As I got up the hill my nephew said my ball was in the hole. I didn't believe him so he pulled the flag and out popped my number 1 Pro V1x. No more messing with other brands for me - even when I just find them - from now on I'm trusting my Titleist!
