  1. Ordered Pro V1 loyalty reward balls in March, any thoughts when the plant will reopen? Can't find any info...

    Thanks

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for the post. Given the recent Massachusetts government advisory regarding COVID-19, we have, unfortunately, had to temporarily suspend operations at our golf ball facilities. As such, all golf ball orders will now be delayed until further notice. Once we have more information and can provide an estimated date as to when operations will resume, we will immediately update Titleist.com as well as communicate new order ship dates. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Thanks again,
    Mike

Hopefully things open back up before everyone runs out of their backup stock. I can live without toilet paper and hamburger meat but not my ProV1x's. Stay safe my friend!

I know a place you can find some right off the fairway about 500 yards from your house.

    Cheers,

I sent the course superintendent an email saying i was not going to play there until they mow. I said green fees are reasonable but a box of ProV1x's every round was too expensive. He said they are renting an extra mower for the next week and going to mow out all the rough. We'll see if it happens. If it does, I will be out there with my shag bag filling it up!

This is the latest information that I'm aware of from placing orders for gear...

    Stock Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of stock, non-customized golf balls will ship within 10-15 business days.

    Custom Golf Ball Shipments:
We are pleased to report that as of May 11, and in accordance with the Massachusetts government, we have reopened operations at our golf ball facilities under strict safety guidelines. However, we still remain unable to customize any golf ball orders. As such, all custom golf ball orders will remain delayed until further notice. Once we have more information and can provide an estimated date as to when golf ball customization will resume, we will immediately update Titleist.com as well as communicate new order ship dates. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Golf Gear Shipments:

  9. FWIW, because my personalized "Loyalty Reward" order was going to take a few more weeks I was given the option of just receiving the 4-for-3 deal on stock, non-personalized balls. I like having my initials on there but with the uncertainty of it all I just opted for the plain Pro V1x's this year.

Guess when they arrive I'll have to sharpen up my Sharpie and get busy initializing them, so to speak...

I wish I have been given that option as I ordered through dicks sporting goods because I had some gift cards. I’m down to the last of my backup backups. At this point, I’d take non personalized balls, as much as it would stink not seeing the number I’ve been playing for years. I respectfully understand the wait, just annoying.

    Strange days.

Because Titleist was saying the delays in personalized ball were going to be lengthy, my retailer offered me the choice of just getting the 4-for-3 pricing on regular retail balls. As I posted above, I went ahead and took them up on the offer. No worries.

FedEx just notified me that there's a 5.9lbs package headed my way from ACUSHNET COMPANY in New Bedford, MA. We all know what that means!

My guess is, the retailer forgot to cancel my personalized order when they sent me out the non-personalized ones. Presumably a second charge will show up on my account shortly.

So what the heck, I'll eventually use them. Probably means I won't need to take advantage of the 2021 Loyalty Rewarded promotion, though.
  12. Have a total of 4 personalized orders that date back to the first day of the promotion and I know that Titleist sent a message to the stores saying that personalized balls would not be shipped until sometime in July, but

wanted to ask if the Titleist ball manufacturing plant in MA is back open making balls like pre Covid-19? No update on the status of the plant reopening so if someone would help, would appreciate

I would imagine, with the pandemic that there is one long back log of orders awaiting the team and the ball plants.
It appears that you have your answer as to when your balls will be shipped. With respect to your question, as a longtime Titleist loyalist and TT member, with all that is going on right now, I would be happy with that. Again with respect to your situation, it appears a ball plant with be open so you can get your balls. Cheers. No worries. =)
  14. I forgot to order when the promotion first started and got my order in a few weeks before it ended so I’m guessing my wait will be longer than others. I still have a box and a half left of other non-personalized balls to hold me over (hopefully).

Ordered a couple dozen with double numbers (50 & 10) and hope they show up this year. I still have not used any of the two dozen (60 & 90) I ordered last December yet. Guess my ball supply is good, but I keep buying more! Trying to burn through my supply of prior generation first and getting close but don't loose very many.
  16. Any update on when we can expect to receive customized balls ordered on Mar 19th?

I ordered custom AVX back in March too and couldn't just get regular to get the deal now I am wondering if I will get them at all this year. Any updates on AVX?

Your best bet for an update would be to contact the retailer you ordered through. I was able to change my order to stock balls at the promotional price. But of a bummer to not get my custom number and personalization, but having the balls sooner won out over the personalization.

  19. Ordered Pro V1x loyalty on 04/10. Received the email to forgo the customization but did not reply to that.
Can not get a response from PGA Superstore Customer service were order was placed.

Hoping someone one at Titleist can respond with meaningful information. It would be nice to get an estimate of when to expect the order to be fulfilled. So far I have tried several times to get information and not one response.

Like the previous post, I'm wondering if I will receive the balls at all before a new model comes out. I understand these are difficult times but no communication is frustrating given payment was made in good faith over 3 months ago..

Have you tried calling Titleist Customer Service? This would be your best course of action if you are seeking a response from Titleist.
