[/quote]Think this might be it. 1979-1980 if this is the club. Highlighted the link and bing took me to a whole list of Titleist clubs and this is what I found.

The closest ones I have found are the '79-'80 model, but on the back of the club it has "forged" towards the heel. On the set I have, it is stamped "forged" toward the toe.

Hi Jeff There is a category "Club Archive" at the bottom of this page that may lead to the age of your 5iron. I have a 1980's 2 iron tour model

Go into Team Titleist, hit irons, scroll down and you can look at "previous models". I'd say early 80's......

THESE ARE EARLY 1980'S. I HAVE THE 1986 MODEL TOUR IRONS.

Your set of clubs, look to be from around 1979 to about the early 1980's. Disco music was hugely popular then and 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' would have been in all the local theaters at that time. I would be interested to know what the cost of this set would have been back then.
