Hey Team Titleist, I have been a member for several years. What’s the chance of getting some swag?? Bag tag, ball marker, golf balls?? Help a Titleist player since 1979 out!!

As a long-time Titleist enthusiast (early 1980's) I share your passion. As for TT merchandise to show your pride in the brand, I will say that almost everything I have was received by attending TT events or purchased at the Titleist Ball Plant 3 tour. I personally prefer knowing I got that stuff with memories attached of meeting fellow TT members and having a great time playing golf than if I held a cardboard sign on the street corner waiting for someone from Titleist to drive by. Sorry if that sounds harsh but Team Titleist is not about getting stuff for free. All that stuff costs Titleist and I would hate to see them raise the price of clubs to offset the budget for increasing their giveaways.

As others have mentioned, the best way to guarantee some TT swag is to attend an official in person TT event. These events vary from a one-day meet and greet to a multiday golfing adventure. Regardless of which one you attend, you're sure to meet great people and as side bonus, you'll receive some coveted TT gear.

Generally, a straight ask for TT gear in this forum doesn't result in TT gear showing up on your doorstep. Don't forget to complete your profile and make sure it is updated.

First, want to thank you for being a Titleist player, but you have opened Pandora's box, when it comes to asking for free swag on this site. By looking at your post and participation, I can see how active you have been over the years. I really try not to be disrespectful to those on this site, but I have been on here for a number of years, been very active, attended many TT events, am a Titleist nerd, have made many friends who feel the same as I do, represent the brand with respect and we do not beg for free swag. Yes I have a room full of free swag. I have earned it. Begging for free swag is not what Team Titleist is about. Participate, participate, participate, and attend some events and you might get lucky and you might make a friend or two on here. Visit the ball plant and your can purchase items. Also during the year TT items pop up that you can purchase online. Just saying, this is really a great community to be a part of. One hundred of us are getting together in September for an event at Streamsong Song Resort in Bowling Green, FL, for three days of golf and fellowship and cannot wait to see what swag will be offered. Titleist has treated us right over the years at these events. These events are normally announced in the spring and registration is filled up in a few hours and we play bucket list courses.
    With respect. Chuck. =)

Ditto Chuck. I might just add that there is a fee associated with events so that "welcome swag" is not free stuff, it's included in the price we pay to attend. As the saying goes... Nothing in life is free.
  10. I am a proud new member, love my T300 irons, and would be thrilled to get a bag tag. I have completed my WITB profile and will try become active in this community. Thanks, Titleist!

Great CG but do know, several years back Team Titleist was still pretty small and all new members received a bag tag. Word got out and before you knew it, hundreds of thousands of people signed up for TT since all it took was adding an email address. Most of those never posted on the forum and probably didn't even play the brand but Titleist had no way to sift through all those and reward only the real contributors. There is no way the budget could handle the cost to produce and mail out so many tags. It became a better practice for them to be provided at outing, both the big sponsored events and even the little local TT golf play days. Try to find one of those when done near you. Also, add a profile photo and your location. Location helps us answer questions you might have that could apply to different parts of the country/world. Hope this helps and welcome aboard.

    Hi Team Titleist,

I’m a staff member and have had the bag tag for a few years. Recently it was taken off my bag at the range and I was wondering if I could receive a replacement.

Happy holidays to all Team Titleist members!!

Mine is attached with a thick zip tie. The leather buckle strap is too easy to remove.

Saw one sell for $400 on eBay. Stay active and ensure you profile is 100%. Be patient and you just never know. There are events that pop up during the year. You might consider going to one of those. There is an event coming up in San Diego. Check it out in the Travel section. Welcome aboard and thank you for your service. =)

I received mine directly from Titleist which made it special. I don’t think I’d feel the same if I bought it.
  19. That's how I feel. I don't even know if I would like someone not associated with Titleist to just give me one either. It would be my first too.

You know when you get a good bounce and someone will mudder "You must be living right!"....

Getting the bag tag in the mail by surprise, is the off course "You must be living right!"

    That's the fun stuff

It is really great to see more folks on here thanking Titleist for the bag tags and less begging for a free one. Patience is a virtue. =)

Well said. Years ago I received a Bag tag, and this year a Ambassador tag. Never requested it, just stayed active on the forum.

Stick around and you never know, it might happen. As you know we loyalists, which this site is all about, do no mail out the bag tags and we get ours at events and during promotions. Sorry. =)

Attend an event, where it be one of the local in your area or the annual. That definitely will get you a bag tag. Those Ambassador tags went to those on this site who are very very active thru their contributing posting. I see you joined in 2017. Love to see you more active. This might help your cause. =)

Keep waiting.... or attend an event where they are often given out as welcome gifts. I know the Team Titleist Texas group has a few local events every year. They probably have them for their participants.
