That's funny Chuck! I'm sure you meant that as a joke as most people know that the click is the setting where the pressure gear clips therefore no matter how many clicks, it still only puts that amount of foot-pound pressure on the screw.

Just a heads up to all. Make sure it is one click and not two. One click is the recommended amount of torque. If you hear two clicks you have tightened it too much and can endanger the club.

Luckily, most manufacturers utilize the same screw head for those clubs with adjustable hosels. The tools that come with new clubs are basically torque wrenches and the importance of the applying the correct torque is it prevents the screw from loosening and also prevents you from damaging the screw. I always apply enough torque so that I hear the "click" signifying you have achieved the correct amount of torque.

These wrenches are designed to release (or torque) before you strip the treads on the screw. No real problem if you tighten with the older ones or even don't tighten all the way to hearing the "click" as long as they screw is seated well. Never hurts to check them every so often to make sure they have not loosened. If you use something besides one of these wrenches, keep in mind that you could strip the screw and would need to get a replacement screw somewhere, probably a golf repair shop.

Sorry guys and thank you so much for the feedback. I didn't have notifications on.. I already ordered the wrench. Unfortunately my driver is delayed as I live in Australia and covid is delaying all parcel deliveries..

All the newer wrenches from Titleist, Cobra, cally and TM all have a torque of 40 lbs. The older wrenches had a torque of 30 lbs.

I second giving the TM wrench a try. Recently, was playing a round with a friend who uses TM clubs (forgive him, he knows not what he does.) Handed my Titleist wrench to him and it worked fine.

Unless you buy a new driver, you can forget getting a wrench with the club. Be that as it may, try the R11 wrench as most screw heads are compatable. If not, call The Golfworks at 1-800-848-8358. They sell wrenches.

Pretty easy to find on eBay and other used item sites. Titleist does not sell them separately from their clubs but if you buy a new driver or fairway and request one, they will send it with the club.

Your TM wrench should work for the time being, but you should get a Titleist wrench. They are usually available on eBay or you could contact Titleist customer service to see if they can set you up with one.
