Hi TT members I currently have the 915D3 9.5 degree driver I am currently considering changing to the TS2 or TS3 Is there that much difference from the 915? And what’s the difference between the TS2 & TS3? I much preferred the D3 to the D2 as I like the smaller head and deeper face Any comments more that welcome Thank you in advance

Seems I made a mess of that posting, I went from 915D3 to a TS2.

Whatever you choose to do, make sure you are fitted for one. I went from a 915 D3 to the TS3 and there is definately a difference. Firstly the sound is more of a solid crack. Then there is the tuneable performance and the gains are real especially in spin reduction. Well worth the move from the 915.

The drivers are night and day buddy.
You will not regret the move to TS woods.
  6. John,
Simon is right - fitting is imperative... and it might be a bit early to discount TS2 as an option.
The two head shapes provide differing opportunities, largely in terms of Workability (TS3) versus Consistency (TS2).
I'm determined to follow you down this path and move on to TS 2 or 3, as soon as I finish some woods coaching sessions!!
Trust me, I will testing each and every option available.

    John,

I'm currently using 917D2 but had a TS fitting at St Ives on both TS2 & TS3. There is a difference in looks between them which didn't bother me but I believe people do have preferences on the shape and that the face alignment on the TS2.

We couldn't make significant gains over my 917 but I am gaming TS fairways and they're great clubs.

Go and get a fitting at a #TitleistThursday as there are so many options with the heads and shafts I'm sure you will feel, hear and see the improvements made with TS.
