    I received a hat as a Christmas gift and the logo is crooked. Online order delivered direct to me so purchaser didn't have a chance to inspect product.

    As consumers...

    Should we expect more from Titleist from a quality control standpoint? Should we ignore it and live with a crooked logo? Should we be expected to use our personal time to return it? Should we look to switch to another brand? (Just kidding)

    Love the colour of that hat ! Despite the slightly off centre logo, it looks like a really sharp hat !!!

    I agree Darius. It is a nice hat. Too bad the logo is off center and crooked. I guess when it is on my head, I won't notice it. ;)

    I did contact them Michael. Once the holidays are over, I am sure they will reply. I am not too bent out of shape about this. I was using it as more of a conversation starter.

    Yes Trevor, it could have been a lot worse. And we do need more conversation starters to get us through this winter.
