I had my fitting appointment at the National Fitting Centre at Eagles Nest today. Ryan Goodridge did an outstanding job once again ! It is so great to be able to go to a place where you can trust the recommendations. After trying steel shafts for the first time ever, it just did not feel right. Hey - to each their own. I guess that is why there are so many different options:) After working through the different T Series Irons, we settled on a blended set. 6 through PW will be T150's, 5 will be T200, and my 4 will be T350 as a driving iron. Ryan even suggested we flatten the lie on my clubs which have been up from standard for many many years. I guess my shoulder issues and my age has changed my stance and swing enough to cause the change :) Order is placed ! Looking forward to getting them in my hands and out on the links !!!! Oh yes - it was also suggested I switch from my AVX to the ProV1 in order to help increase my spin rate and control the roll out on my shots. Talk about full service ! Thank you Ryan !!!! I also had the privilege of running into Mr. Henry Brunton while I was on the range. Titleist Fitting Centre and the Henry Brunton Golf Academy both in the same place ! What more can you ask for ?
