I had my 710 AP2 irons (3-PW) fitted years ago. recently I had them regripped and everything has been thrown off. Is there a way I can have my fitting results sent to me (because I don't remember them) so that my local golf shop can grip my clubs with the proper alignments?

I'm not aware that there is a fitting setting for aligning the grips to the lay of the head. Not to say that grips don't need to be set to your eye. I did have one retailer regrip both mine and my wife's putters and on a recheck at my favorite pro shop, both were not square to the heads. Which with oversized grips was causing us to compensate for open faces. Your repair shop should be willing to carefully remove and realign your grips to suit you.

Once they get your grips right, have them check the lie and loft on your clubs, if you have not had that done in a while. That is one thing that should be checked at least once a year, as well as changing you grips once a year. There are marks on the grips to aid in aligning them on the shafts and a good repair shop can can take care of your grips. I use the same on all the time and never have any issues you are describing.
