Current versions of the irons can be ordered as eaches. You can start with a local pro shop that sells Titleist clubs. Online retailers like 2nd Swing or Dan’s Discount can walk you through a personalized order. My Titleist is another option to order direct. Just note that Titleist doesn’t offer a discount over their authorized dealers.
