Titleist can only assume that you factored in the additional swing weight- they have no way of knowing unless uless you state your desired swing weight at the time of your on order so they will not touch the headweight. The same would apply if you were to order a lighter than stock grip- if they were to change the head weight (reduce) to compensate and you had gone to the lighter grip in order to attain the higher swing weight you wouldn't be very happy when put the club(s) into play. You get what ever swing weight results from the components and/or spec ordered.

Titleist never adjust for swing weight when clubs are ordered with grips, shafts or shaft length that differs from standard specs since they have no idea whether the customer actually wants the resulting change in swing weight. Always best to specify the desired swing weight and Titleist will advise if it can't be achieved.

Yes, they try. Some combinations aren’t possible. If you specify a swing weight, they get back to you if there is a problem.

So we got a yes and a couple of no’s so far. Here’s my experience. I was fit for a TSR3 driver. The fitter never took into account grip size. When he asked which grip I wanted to told him Z Cord in a Midsize and he looked at me funny and said it wasn’t available. I chose to get a standard grip in the box. I’m assuming the swing weight I received was based off the standard grip I was fit with. I put a midsize grip on the driver when I received it. Recently though I’ve been looking for a lighter cord grip so that when I’m fit, I’m closer to the swing weight I’m being fit for.
