  1. I've had my T200's for a couple years. Bought them stock - was never fitted... Would it be worth taking them somewhere and getting fitted for them? What would that process look like?

ALSO - I am in Oregon and we rarely - if ever - have official TT events here. I'd love to help get something started!

Getting fitted with what you already use will only tell you if it was a good choice or not. The most that can be done is checking loft and lie of your current clubs to make small corrections.

Rebuilding the clubs after paying a professional to recommend a change is rarely cost effective. The rebuilt clubs will be worth exactly what they were worth before the rebuild. Plus upwards of a $100 to rebuild. Going to a Titleist sponsored fitting for $100 (refundable with a purchase) will get you into the best club head and shaft for you and not much money factoring in selling the old and what a rebuild would cost.

What if the T200 was not the best option for you? In any event, unless you are willing to spend to invest in clubs from a fitting, status quo is an option. If the Fitting tab on this website doesn’t (ever) offer sponsored fittings near you, I have dealt with Discount Dan’s. It is the internet side of a pro shop on course not far from the mouth of the Columbia River on the south side.

A fitter would check your ball flight, look at the shaft you're using, and check your lie angle. If you've never had a fitting and you've played for a reasonable amount of time, it's a neat experience. If you're serious about the game, you definitely want to get fit. Establish a plan, work the plan.
