  1. My apologies if this has been discussed on another thread already, but does anyone know if Titleist plans to bring back the loyalty program for 2023? The buy 3 get 1 free was a fantastic deal. I know there were supply chain issues last year that caused the halt, but hoping the promotion makes a come back this year!

    Cheers -DZ

  2. Agreed. If this program doesn’t come back, I’ll be playing Vice this year.
  3. I will say that if they have the buy 3 get 1 free, I will buy them. If not, I prefer the buy 5 get 1 free from Vice. The pro plus are amazing.
  4. Based on the always rising price of balls, it would be a nice gesture if they did it. Based on premium ball testing, there isn't enough difference anymore to justify the significant price differences between a Maxfli and a Titleist anymore sadly.

IMHO, there is a difference. Clearly the covers hold up better on the Titleist. The yellow Maxfli is paint and not an integral color in the mantle or urethane.
Last year, Maxfli was on sale for $26 a dozen. This year, $40 a dozen (buy the 4 dozen box). The 4-4-3 deal is under $40 a dozen.
Vice and others carry a price as they change their contract suppliers and have products often out of stock. All Titleist balls have only one manufacturer, Titleist. All depends on how you value consistency.
  6. Any Titleist reps or insiders have any info they can share? I went back and looked through my emails and it looks like I placed my order in 2021 in late March, so hopefully some info starts to leak out here in the next couple of weeks!

The Titleist loyalty program will happen this year. The exact dates have not been announced to the Titleist accounts, the last I heard. Time to stock up. Believe it happened in the spring in the past. Be patient, the new balls (Prov1/Prov1x) are not even scheduled for release until January 25th, according to the ad I saw on TV. I will be ordering the new Prov1s once it is announced thru my local Titleist account. =)

Don't be surprised if there is a bit of a price increase for all the new tour-level balls. I guess when you are proven to be the best ball in golf, by far, it goes with the territory. As a pro shop manager, I ordered just as many Pro V1s and Xs as last year and even more AVXs. I expect to sell every one of them, including the extra AVXs. They flew out the door all last season. Had to order another 24 dozen for the Christmas rush....and could only get 12. They were hard to come by. (Finding yellow ones was an effort in futility.) So I'm not expecting any new price increase on the best balls in golf to stop a true Titleist die-hard. It certainly won't stop me.

$ 54.99 at Dicks, Carl's Golfland, TGW and PGA Superstore.
  10. I know they usually do the promos sometime during April or March, anyone have word when they will be doing it? Wouldn't mind knowing in advance before the golf shows begin.

My pro said $55 a dz is the new price point most of us will see this season.

The Loyalty Program will resume this year. I asked this question during Friday’s TT ProV1 Zoom call. Great news!

This IS great news! Always was a nice program and looking forward to stocking up again this year :)
  15. Not if they raise the overall price to the boxes effectively eliminating the savings. If they do this, I’ll just play Vice. I’m a 2 hcp, the only difference is durability but feel and distance us exact same. By durability, you are likely to see more scuffing with Vice but at $25 a box, can’t justify a $55 per box price increase for Titleist
  16. Hopefully in the UK too

Picked up three dozen of the new Prov1s this morning and asked the buyer about the loyalty program. She said that that our local rep said it would be launched in March.

Hopefully 36 balls will last you until March. If not, research "pickle ball". Cheers!

We were discussing pickle ball yesterday at PT and trying to figure out how to hit that darn ball with a pickle. Head the game is not as easy as it might seem. Was supposedly for seniors but seeing a lot of seniors coming in for PT because of injuries. We do have fun at PT listening to oldies and doing trivia off the wall stuff while working on getting us better.

Previous design was a great ball. I got the previous Pro V1x on sale for $39.00 and couldn't be happier. Almost like getting 3 dozen of the ball I prefer for the price of 2 dozen that most likely I wouldn't see any difference in my game.

Most likely. Almost certain it won’t include 1-99 numbering. (1-4 like AVX and ambers).
