It is frustrating that there isn't a majority clear answer on this topic. At my course the guy in charge of ordering said it's similar to last year where they can only order a certain amount for the loyalty program. My advice would be if you see the offer jump on it.

The loyalty program will kick off on March 15th. You will be able to order only the premium golf balls. And yes from the information I have from reliable sources, there will be limits regarding how many the Titleist accounts can order. My source can only request 13 orders and that is based on previous loyalty program orders.

Prov1, Prov1x, -Prov1x and AVX ARE THE ONLY BALL ELIGIBLE for the loyalty program. You will be able to order special play numbers on the Prov1, Prov1x and AVX only (Play number must be 00, 1 to 9, or 10 to 99). PROV1 LEFT DASH is not eligible for special play numbers. Personalizing the balls will cost an additional $15 per order.

Hope this clears up all the uncertainty, because there was no last year for this program.

Chuck - thank you for the information and clarity. One follow up question... Are we going to have to go through our local club for the deal or will this be offered online, as well? I know in years past, you could order them online, but it sounds like potentially there could be some limited availability so perhaps that won't be an option this year?

I know TM just wrapped up their loyalty program this last week and you could do the buy 3 get 1 deal with personalization directly through their website, so I'm just curious how that may compare to what Titleist is going to be able to offer.

So far I haven't seen any online offers for this 2023 loyalty deal. There was a post on a different forum, and they shared an advertisement from a prior year; this might be causing a lot of the confusion.

The shop where I get mine is being limited to thirteen orders. That is based on the fact that during the last event they only sold fifteen orders. I cannot answer for the online ordering. We will have to wait and see Wednesday. I would imagine that the restrictions would apply across the board. All ready have three dozen on hand but will be getting four more under the program with my selected number but no custom lettering. Still have three dozen of last cycle use up. Have not played golf since early December. Traded my left dash in for them. Always glad to help fellow loyalists when I can. Just remember, personalization is not free.
