Without knowing what your current shaft is, have you been using these clubs for 10 years, and why do you think you need graphite shafts now, any answer is pure speculation.
Assuming you aren’t using a 110+ gram shaft, there are dozens of options in the 75-110 g shafts in steel, steel core fiber, and graphite shafts to choose from. If you were fit for your hybrid, best to have that discussion with the person that knows your swing.
The 714s are 10 years old. With improvements in technology in newer models the cost of reshafting may not make enough of a difference to justify the cost.

Fitters and/or shaft experts will not give you a blanket recommendation. They will tell you the only way to know what is best for your swing would be to get an actual fitting done with a swing monitor. For example, I am in Tensei Blue driver, fairways, and hybrid but Tensei Red graphite in my T350's.

Try the mitsubishi mmt graphite iron shafts. They come in various weight categories and you can get parallel or taper tip. They are really nice shafts.

Hybrids are not the same as irons. Shafts’s weight are critical in club fitting. I do not know what shaft you are using on your iron’s now.
I suggest you to see a good club fitter. I am sure you will save money. There are many graphite shafts in different weight on the market.
If you do not want to follow my first advice, my second advice is to only fit one club with the shaft you want and try it if you can’t try one at a super golf store.
