  1. I'm currently gaming the TSR4 in a 9 degree head and Project X HZRDUS Black 6.5 flex shaft. I'm wanting to move into the GT lineup, but have a few questions.

-First, is the GT lineup worth an upgrade over the TSR? -I've always been a low spin player and I hit the TSR4 amazing. My question is do I need to move straight over to the GT4 or is the GT3 just as low spin, with more forgiveness?

Ha! I have the same setup on my TSR4. That thing is a bag weight for me. While I was fit for it, I can't hit it to save my life. Being fit next weekend for a GT model. Hopefully, I'll have better luck. I'm going with a completely open mind.

With all due respect, there is no way we could give you advice without the use of a swing monitor like TrackMan. You need a good fitter to compare your TSR4 data to what is available in GT models. There might be some differences in loft and/or shaft selection too that could give you better results. If the data does not support a change, you will at least know your TSR4 is still the best for you.

Dale is right on advice. I can only tell you my experience gaming a TSR4 and getting fit at a Titleist woods fitting event here in Southern California at Pelican Hill. We compared my TSR4 data to the GT3, hit it with some adjustments, couple of different shafts. Then hit the GT4 set like my TSR4, tried different weights and shafts and wound up with the GT4 over the GT3. This was close to an hour of trial and error using the Titleist data, trackman, feel, and visual feedback.

As you can tell, what Dale said is true. My experience is mine, and what I wound up with is from my swing and data generated from it that fits me. I also tell my friends to do fittings outside on a range versus in a 15 foot long bay that way you can see how the ball finishes.
