  1. Been in the market for a range finder but not sure if i want to spend bushnell money when the other options are cheaper. Is blue tees a good option to save a few bucks or is it a get what you pay for and just stick to the original thing?

I use the Precision Pro NX9. I love it and most importantly the customer support of the company!!!! Had an issue with my original purchase after about a year of use and they attempted to troubleshoot it and when all failed they sent me a new one! Also, they provide free batteries for life.

I got an $80 Gogogo Sport Vpro Laser Rangefinder on Amazon. Cheap and calculates slope and works for me. I also play with a Voice Caddie A2 Hybrid Golf GPS Watch which calculates slope and distances as well. Got the rangefinder for shots I'm on the wrong fairways since my watch doesn't pick that up lol

Pay for what you get.. Leupold or Bushnell!
  5. Get one that's waterproof and rechargeable.

Check out reviews on the rangefinders in the price range you desire. My wife and son like Pro Precision, which offers lifetime battery replacement.

I'm not sure about Blue Tees, but I had a Nikon rangefinder which worked pretty well. My current Bushnell Pro XE is the best of the best!!

Like Titleist products, you get what you pay for.

I use Leupold, not Bushnell, it wasn’t cheap either and I prefer the Leupold. Better optics in my opinion.

I have not heard much about the Blue Tees range finder. They are economical that much I know. It depends on what you are looking for in a rangefinder. Sure they are pretty much the same or do the same things. I've had a Bushnell V4 slope edition but my last two have been Nikkon.

I look at it as in investment so the cost can be justified over a long period of time.

Like all things golf, it's personal preference.

Good question TTaylor. I have a Bushnell that I fully endorse and has held up nicely for a few years and have no plans for getting rid of it.

Good luck in your search and purchase.
  11. Had the blue tees s3 max it was good. Now gaming bush Nell pro xe, it is great. Yes you get what you pay for. Hope you enjoy my friend

I did a search years ago and selected Bushnell and never regretted the purchase.

Im sure all the brands are good. Im just saying that i was gifted a bushnell tour v2 in 2011 and I still used it to this day. Never had any problems. Its lasted the test of time. Like I said, Im sure all the brands offer a great product but I definitely recommend Bushnell.

Another fan of the Bushnell line of rangefinders. I also have a Garmin Z series. For me, the Bushnell and Garmin work well and seem to hold up to what I put them through. The Garmin has more features than the Bushnell but if getting distances is all you need, you won't go wrong with either IMO.

Like others have said, you get what you pay for. I've purchased less expensive brands for my kids, and they didn't perform as well as the Bushnell or Garmin.

I highly recommend Bushnell for quality and quick target response. With that said, the laser went out on my first one shortly after the warranty had just expired. Bushnell did provide a replacement at about half the regular price.

I have the Nikkon CoolShot Pro Stabilized. Love it. Very clear optics. Has loads of features as well.
  18. I have the same and love it. Sold my Bushnell once I discovered the image stabilization and awesome options of the Nikon.

I have a Leupold and though it was expensive the lens is superior.

    Check out their history

I am using the gogogo gs24 mtl from amazon. Calculates slope and can be switched off. Pretty accurate, feels good in hands, magnetic, and is about $120.00. Bought a $500 bushnell and left it on the railing on the golf cart after its 2nd use and of course nobody turned it into pro shop. This is the 3rd range finder I had to purchase so going cheap is a better option for me.

Sounds like Apple needs to partner with Bushnell in the Rangefinder business and incorporate their "Go Find Me" technology they use in cellphones. :)

Left my rangefinder for the fourth time on the golf cart railing! SMH! This time in Hawaii. Lucky me, Rangefinder still on the railing when I called and was able to retrieve it the next day. Jeez 'm so forgetful!

Count me as another Bushnell fan. My Z6 has been going strong for nearly 10 years. I love the red display. So much easier to read than black in my opinion.

I’ve been eyeballing the XE, but really can’t justify it as long as the Z6 keeps working well. But slope would be nice…

I really don’t understand the attraction of rechargeable. I have only had to change the battery in my Z6 about 5-6 times in 10 years.
  25. I’ve used a bushnell v4 tour since it came out. Wasn’t cheap but it’s proved very reliable and only needs a new battery once a year.

Keep an eye on sales if you have a local golf retail shop near you for good deals. I happened to stop in the closest one near me a few weeks ago and they had the Bushnell Tour v5 in the red/white/blue for $50 off, so I couldn't pass it up. As it gets closer to Christmas and the temps get colder, more stores will be having sales you could potentially take advantage of.

    Hi

I have used the Precession Pro NX 7 slop for a few years and I couldn’t imagine it been bettered by any other manufacturers.
Top quality and with the free life time battery it’s great.
