    Today I was given information from my club pro that the new version of the Linksmaster bag is coming soon. It’s called the LinksLegend (apparently the word “Masters” was taken by another event. :). I’m looking for all the details I can muster, as I have loved my Linksmaster over the last two years. I’m ready for a new bag.

    I’ve seen some pictures, and read some threads. I know it’s out here somewhere.

    Your pro is right and he will have the insight on the bags. Those bags are thru private clubs and he will have the catalog and the access you need. =)

    The updated bag has a magnetic pocket flap, a bottle holder on the right side, and a top cuff handle with four dividers. I love my Linksmaster, but the four dividers are an improved feature. I'm digging out 4-9 irons from the middle divider, and it drives me crazy from time to time.

    @Jason, I've seen the new Links Legend bag (Member version) at my home club and at another club near Napa, CA. Check out Sonoma Golf Club. My home club is shutting down golf operations in a couple of weeks as the winter weather is upon us.

    The question I can't find an answer to, what is the difference between the "Member Bag" and the "Classic Member Bag"?

    The member bag has a four way divider and top handle. The classic member bag has a three way divider and no top handle. They both have the magnetic pockets.

    The member bag has a four way divider and top handle. The classic member bag has a three way divider and no top handle. Both have magnetic closure pockets.

    Which top is easier to get clubs in and out of? The 4 way top or the 3 way top?

    I prefer my four way vs the three way my buddy has. It's personal preference, and a preference for the handle on the four way!

    I think the 4 way top is a bit easier to organize your clubs and to get them in and out.

    I have a Linkslegend bag in grey and I love it! Slim profile and very light makes for easy transport. I recommend the bag to anyone!

    Wife bought me a LinksLegend member bag as a surprise advance Father’s Day present (seems I have been a very good boy). Great bag!
