Sunday morning around 9:15 am we approached the 5th tee at Oak Mountain. I had the honor as I was just coming off a birdie at 4. My buddy shot the yardage and said 145. I pulled my 716 AP2 pitching wedge from the bag and teed up my proV1 ball. My buddy Colby said “TDA”. I said what the heck is TDA. He said it means Take Deal Aim. I thought yeah why not. I drew my club back and swung. At impact it felt great. I looked up and the ball was flying high and right at it. The ball hit 3 ft short left of the hole, hopped once and rolled a foot or so in. I threw my hat and club down and we went nuts. This was my second hole in one.
