I took my girlfriend out for her first round at Hickory Ridge Golf and Country Club. I approached the tee box on hole 5, currently at an even score and proceeded to pull out my 7 iron as we walked up to overlook hole 5. It was a calm evening, there was a light breeze and the sun was shining. I approached my shot, swung back and heard the club graze the grass. Next thing I knew, the ball was soaring in the air and the ball took one bounce and rolled into the hole.
