I've been playing in a league with my son for 3 years, and we're both trying to get better. Hole 8 a 154 par 3 and I did what I thought I would never do....Aced it. We all went a little crazy when it happened. So we finish the round and I'm buying drinks for the guys in my league that are still there. One of the guys says that Titleist used o do something for you if you hit a hole in one and asked me what I was playing. I reached into my bag and pulled out my Pro V 1 that I used and it had a distinct V written on the sides of it.....backstory I found this ball a couple of weeks ago searching for one of mine.... so as I'm showing them my ball one of the better players in the league and has never had a hole in one chimes in that that was his ball and always marks them with that V. So long story short one of the worst golfers hit a hole in one with one of the better golfers ball. So that's the closest he has gotten to a hole in one.
