I had my very first HIO after only playing 2.5 years. My neighbor Leonard and I were playing on our home course (South Riding Golf Course, Virginia) on a beautiful Monday afternoon around 1430, January 30, 2023. I hit a great shot on hole #5. 145 yards with my 9 iron using a Titleist 3, Trufeel ball. Leonard said, Bill its looking good, then it hit the green and bounced once, bounced twice and then dropped in the hole!! Sooooo exciting. Of course, now I am looking for the next one. LOL
